Wednesday night is Training Night for Morecambe Ladies FC, and tonight was a bit special for Matt ... a bit fraught, eh !!! As part of their course, a group of students from the University Of Cumbria came down to put Matt under the spotlight, looking at his leadership skills and analysing various aspects of his sessions. Of course, Matt came out with flying colours, we had no doubts about that, you only have to look at our performances this season to see the input he has provided and the improvements made, and no doubt, he will benefit from having a look at the observations in this piece of research.
