Wednesday was a huge victory for the beginning of the end of corrupt CPS in this state. The legislature voted unanimously for an audit of CPS in California. The counties are to be examined, LA, Sac and Orange. State Auditor Elaine Howle has a seed in her head to investigate Placer as there are so many problems.
