Tabata with Kettlebells The specific shape and grip of the kettlebell make it possible to perform a wide range of swinging lifts that would be diffcult to execute with a traditional dumbell. Kettlebells can be an extremely effective multi purpose training tool with benefits that include improved cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, soft tissue flexibility and improved coordination with major compound lifts. Below is a simple effective kettlebell tabata workout 15 x kettlebell swings 15 x kettlebell burpees w. high pull 15 x kettlebell sumo squats 15x ketlebell kneeling to standing Repeat for 4-6 rounds, 30 sec break every 1-2 rounds.
