Week 2 kicked off on Saturday in Kingston at St Lawrence College as Kingston Cataraqui Clippers played host to Toronto FC Academy. TFC had performed very well in week 1, managing a draw with a strong Vaughan Azzurri side even though they were playing with 10 men for most of the match. Kingston entered this game wanting to erase the memory of a 3-0 defeat suffered at the hands of Masters FA Saints in their debut match. Saturdays match was played before a boisterous crowd, which helped the home side come from behind in the 2nd half to secure a 1-1 draw with the young and very talented TFC squad. TFC Goal by Mario Rodriguez (1st of the year). Kingston goal by Oliver Coren (his 1st and the clubs first in League1 play).
