Week 2 on Insanity Max:30 and its time to add in Ab Attack. Oy. I maxed out at 1:24, and its 10 minutes of nonstop torture! But in the best way possible! A lot of people keep asking me what its like and how it compares to the original Insanity program. Its a lot of new moves, with less of a warm up, shorter breaks, and no cool down.. So essentially it is 30 minutes of crazy awesomeness!!! Its tough for sure, no nonsense, and an amazing total body workout. There is a modifier for every move for those needing less impact and lower intensity. I can see body change already! And its the holidays.. When I am simply trying to survive with my nutrition right now. Win! My next round of challenge groups start in January, and its still on sale through the end of December!!
