Today, after a 3-minute warm-up, and the first two exercises of this week (30 seconds each), lie on your stomach and get ready to the superman exercise. This time, however, lift up only your legs – both together and hold for a second. Lay them back down, and repeat. The chest and the arms are lying on the floor all the time.
