Weekends are a really easy time for us to get off track - most of us our out of our weekday routines, were on the go more and we are dealing with unplanned or spur-of-the-moment activities that can make it challenging to stick to your PLAN. Were all in the same boat together. I have yet to meet someone that says the weekends are easy to stay on track. The trap that many people fall into is when one thing goes off plan it quickly leads to a spiral out of control and the whole weekend becomes a total bust. Lose the all or nothing mentality. So you went off plan for a meal (or two or...), so you missed your workout yesterday...dont let a minor slip-up lead to a major fall. Shake it off and get right back on your plan. Stay on plan as much as you can and stop beating yourself up for the minor slips. Dont let your weekend spiral out of control. This only leads to a cycle of weekdays on plan and weekends out of control - which leads to ZERO results.
