All you need is your body, a small amount of space, and about 20 minutes Complete this circuit between your normal training sessions ▶️3 Rounds: 1⃣Plyometric push-ups - 20 2⃣Mt. climbs (5) + plank up - 20 3⃣Squats - 20 4⃣High Knees (5) + burpee - 20 5⃣Squat jumps - 20 6⃣1 arm plank - 1:00 each 7⃣Bear crawl (5 steps) + shoulder tap push-ups (5) - 5 laps
