Weekly Challenge Workout is announced! Whos in??? Every Wednesday we will be announcing a new workout! The workout can be done anytime but preferably before the next workout is released! They will be designed to be short and sweet so you can squeeze them into your workout schedules. Think of them as your weekly fun wods After you complete the workout - return to the image and post your weights/lbs and times to the comments below. Feel free to share your post-workout pics! Remember to always listen to your body! --------------------- How to score: Your score will be the total # of rounds you completed + the number of Burpees completed in your last/unfinished round. For example, A score of 12 + 11 means an athlete completed all 12 Burpees on the 12th minute, but then only was able to complete 11 Burpees for the 13th minute.
