Without passion, leaders will be listless, and may even cause their subordinates to lose interest and direction (and cause unmanageable consequences). On the contrary, a passionate leader can motivate the subordinates to excel and from there, achieve success. If you choose to be a good leader or manager, you must be full of passion to lead in any situation, regardless of good or bad times. Do not lose your passion because of failures or obstacles. This is disheartening to your team. You may need to pay a greater price (or maybe even impossible) to regain their commitment and passion. Therefore, do embark on a mission of passion for leaders.
