Weekly update: I now have a lovely blue boot, complete with enough velcro straps to make me stick to everything! Perhaps they would have kept me from falling and breaking my wrist! Im also sporting an ace-bandage wrap cast inside a black sling, a with large velcro straps and a handy icebag. Its what every girl with a scooter is wearing this July! The wrist surgery went well but happy hour is definitely over! The throbbing, aching pain has set in, makes me wonder if Dr. Rulman (my bosses cousin) got the extra large titanium plate in the right place!! Meanwhile Im learning how to maneuver Josh Pearson style with opposite gimp limbs. If all goes well I should get heel stitches out next week and graduate to an airbrace on my arm in 2 weeks. I think I will probably show up for the back to a school week with other new fashion accessories to shout about! Anyone is welcome to visit anytime, just dont be surprised if I hand you a dusting rag or toilet brush!
