Weird question.. Or maybe not so weird if others have experienced this. We introduced the bottle to my 6 week old at 4 weeks. Weve only used it a handful of times otherwise I breast feed directly from my breasts. Recently shes been going through a little needy phase but it seems its only when its just me. Its like she fusses cuz she knows Im the boob. Ill put her on and she suckles and drinks for a couple hours with little breaks. My nipples are DONE at that point and she doesnt seem satisfied. If she takes a bottle she seems more satisfied. Or if someone else holds her she quiets down quicker. My question is does anyone have suggestions in how to handle this needy stage without hurting my nipples? Could my milk not be coming out quick enough? When I pump I only get 2-3oz in 10mins. She only likes pacifiers every once in awhile. Please no judgement about using bottles or pacifiers.-Heather
