Welcome Calendar Girl and Rescue Alum Ethel, who joins our contest from Traverse City, MI! Mom Amber writes...Ethel is a 5 year old long haired dachshund. She came to be ours after her former owner tragically passed away. Ever since then, she has stole our hearts. She is the sweetest girl, that loves attention. Her favorite place is wherever I am, and she hardly ever lets me out of her sight. She loves going for walks and car rides. She enjoys being outside, soaking up the sun, but shes not to thrilled about having to go out in the winter months. (Do you blame her?) She loves to have her belly rubbed, and dont worry, she will let you know by giving you a little nudge. She enjoys barking at everything and anything, and she enjoys her naps as well. She loves to cuddle, and snuggles up right next to me at night. Most of all, she loves when daddy, mommy, and her are all together. Ethel, we are so happy you found such a loving family and your being in our contest will help other doxies do the same
