Welcome! I’ve finally made the leap and added this author page to Facebook. My goal is to offer a space where those who may not necessarily ‘friend’ me can still see and participate in my FB activity and access links to my work, book reviews, and general book discussions. I hope this will be like my own little writing/reading café, where folks can come together to see some news, offer a few words, share some links, etc. Oh, and I’m offering an incentive to read this page, too: at the end of November, I’ll randomly draw a name from the ‘like’ list and offer up a copy of the latest Midwestern Gothic, Issue 11, where you’ll find my essay, “Motor City Redux: In Pursuit of the American Dream,” as well as a number of other great pieces.
