Welcome from your ICAN of Baltimore founder Barbara Stratton! Although my co-leader Bobbie has decided to end her tenure of hard work with our chapter, we are still in business! Founded in 2004, the Baltimore chapter has been very successful these past 10 years and we hope to keep the momentum going. We are currently looking for a volunteer who would be willing to lead monthly meetings in the Baltimore metro area. We also need a volunteer who is willing to handle chapter inquires.
