Welcome new members to CCSVI Florida! This group was formed 3 1/2 years ago, after I had my first CCSVI procedure in Tampa, Fl with Dr Bulent Arslan. He has since moved on and is now head of vasuclar and interventional radiology at Rush University in Chicago. Ive had the CCSVI venoplasty procedure 4 times now with great success. Being diagnosed with MS in 1998, but being told I had it MS at least 10 years a before, that means Ive been living with this disease for well over 1/2 of my life. CCSVI venoplasty of my jugular veins, azygous veins and also renal, iliac, sigmoid and transverse sinuses, changed my life forever. Restoring correct blood flow to the body is imperative and getting my blood draining correctly out of my brain improved my intense fatigue, crushing head pain and cognitive difficulties immensely. I high recommend having this procedure to anyone who asks me and now with 15-20,000 procedures being done worldwide, weve learned so much more about it. Im proud to be on the patient advisory board of the CCSVI Alliance, where they continue to promote and advance research forward and be a presence that encourages MS patients in their quest to improve their lives through CCSVI. For much more information please see their website at ccsvi.org. Feel free to ask questions of this group of highly qualified patients. Many have had the CCSVI procedure. We will all do everything we can to help you in your quest to better health! Blessings to you, friend Nicki Beagle-Watts, administrator
