Welfare was capped during the Clinton Administration (and GOP Congress), I believe that this has greatly impacted those who need benefits beyond 5 years --- and of course the gutting of the middle class, the lack of jobs with enough income to afford housing yada yada yada….thank you Congress for your part…..and with that the 2 political parties, who operate more in line with the Corporatocracy, than real people…
