Well 1st trail race done and two words for it BLOODY HARD 8miles of mud,hills, sweat and more mud and hills. Thought TN hills were bad but these HURT. A bit disappointed on time but on reflection coming from marathon run and yesterdays fast park run cant grumble too much as it was trail and muddy and legs did feel tired. PECOS next so bring it on and i just hope i manage them as im not a lover of trail. Give me roads with hills anyday but trail, i may get used to it.
