Well....Brian came up with a new type of plank for this mornings workout! Its more of a glute/hamstring (entire backside) focused plank than an ab focused plank. It was GOOD tho! We started with 45# x 1min, 90# x 1min and finally 115# x 1min (ran out of time). Definitely had to find your happy place for the last 5-10 seconds on the 115# set! Sooooo.....workout for the day! Cardio #1 of choice x 4min interval Cardio #2 of choice x 4min interval Glute/Ham Plank with weight x 1min (do what you can....SQUEEZE the glutes and keep it tight!) Repeat x 3+ Have a GREAT DAY!
