Well, Dad got out of Raliegh General Hospital 2 days ago, And his doctor recommended he be put into a rehabilitation facility for just a few weeks to get a little stronger. He is way to week at this time to be sent home without private full time Nursing care, and physical therapy to get him back on his feet. He isnt taking it very well! He wants to go home!! But that is just not an option right now. I am asking everyone out there if you know him or not. Please pray for him to find something he will enjoy at this facility to keep him there just so he can get at least 1 week of therapy! That would help a great deal. He set up by himself yesterday, went to bathroom with assistance, and walked down hallway!! That was great for his first time! Yes, there were many breaks along the way. But he did it!! After that he was calmed down some. But still didnt want us leaving him there alone! Hes so scared. The cancer Center cant start any treatments, or testing untill he is released to go home. So when he gets strong enough to go home he still has a huge battle ahead of him!! Please as my Friends, ex-co-workers, and Family!! Pray hard and often that he will have Peace at Hidden Valley and let them help him.So that he can get out and start the toughest challenge of all.Which will be the Chemotherapy, and Radiation. .
