Well EVERYONE its been a long rewarding road!! I have made it to my next mile marker!! 100lbs LOST!!! MY LIFE HAS BEEN CHANGED FOREVER! I will NEVER look back!! My mission in life is to help others overcome the obstacles I have!! Once uncomfortable in my own skin. Scared to look in the mirror as I walked by it. Afraid to undress in front of my own husband. Tugging & pulling on my shirt to try to cover my rolls. Never wanting to eat at a buffet afraid people are judging me. Never able to shop at a regular store. Treated different because I was overweight. These things I had to live on a daily basis. I know how that feels! I know how Im feeling now!! I want you all to know that YOU GOT THIS!! You can do this! Only YOU can make the decision to change! If you have felt any of these horrible feelings. I feel your pain! I want to help you!!! I want you to feel the way I do!! I have never been so excited about life!!! Thank you EVERYONE that has supported me & believed in me! Its because of yall that I didnt stop!! I WANTED TO MAKE YALL PROUD OF ME!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR KIND WORDS!! Glad to call you all my friends!!!! I wasnt able to tag everyone but, you know any kind words said to me, has made this happen!!
