Well, I am a young person with ideas, but as for spending money? No, can do. Finances need to come from higher up. You cannot expect individuals to invest (and to see quick results) on an economic decline that has taken years. I am obsessed with the empty abandoned aged care facility on my street. I feel a sense of place reading this article as it appears my new neighbourhood is a lot like my former Newcastle one.
