Well I can honestly say that yesterday was the biggest test to my resolve to quite smoking. I have not wanted a cig so bad in the five months since i quit as I did yesterday. The odd thing is there was no apparent trigger that i could see...no extra stress, and nothing that I was doing any differently than most other days since quitting...BUT I GOT PAST IT AND DID NOT GIVE IN!!! The way I see it is if I could manage it yesterday, then...I GOT THIS!! I wasnt sure at a couple of points if I was going to be able to say that but I surprised even myself and stayed strong... Kudos to me...lol...
