Well, I cant complain about training today. I hit some Rep/set PRs! 225 on the Bench - 4 sets of 6 Reps! The amazing part is that I did these in under 15 minutes, which is a BIG improvement for me! Normally it would take me about 30-40 minutes to get a workout like this done! I would like to thank Dequan Supaman Durant for handing off to me tonight! Thank you so much!! I dont have video of my bench because I wanted to hurry and finish. And deadlifts were just as good! Worked up to a heavy triple & then a heavy double. Working sets: 365 x 3 405 x 3 450 x 3 As you can see in the video, I paused on the last rep of 450, I think if I would have kept going, I would have got it... Just lost my groove, but this was also a rep PR for 450!!
