Well I feel like an idiot. Last night I took a spill on the back porch and smashed my hip and side bad. I gave my self one of the worst kidney shots I have had in my life with the lip of the stair, and knocked the wind out of myself for a good 5 minutes. I am sore and can barely move my hip without Lots of pain. . . . Why is there only a bruise the size of a quarter? I feel like my whole left side should be black and blue.
