Well I finally did it! Tonight I walked 3 miles just as I said I would. No stopping me now I had my puffers and did have to use one but hey that is okGrandma is on the loose! The timming was not good, about 40 minutes, but that will improve. By next month I will be up to six miles. Shawn came with me and he was on his bike and actually told me to slow down my walking. Imagine that now! We are going again tomorrow night
