Well I finally gave in and went to urgent care at my doctors office early this morning and after some chest and back xrays and a physical exam the doctor said I definitely have pneumonia as well as a bad ear infection in my left ear. So that completely explains as to why I have felt like death since Sunday night. On the way to pick up my scripts she gave me and then home to go back to bed cause I still feel like complete crap.
