Was just outside taking Lucas and Mr. Fox for a pee and what do I see in my garden wagon but a courier envelope with a notice from bylaw enforcement. :-/ From the Regional District of Nanaimo addressed to the PREVIOUS homeowner, dated MARCH 21, 2014, in an OPENED courier envelope containing an OPEN plain white envelope which contained said letter. Well, the bylaw officer noted on the letter will be getting an earful from me on Monday morning, I can assure you! :-) You know what? Im a good neighbour - honestly. If my dog was barking incessantly, Id be the first to admit it and do something about it.
