Well I guess harassment claims dont mean shit. Considering Ralphs has swiped it under the rug, as far as I remember harassment is black and white and amazing this company is able to get away with harassment and not take it seriously. Del mar heights Ralphs I will not let up and will continue to put your store on blast till day I die and you cant silence me. due to you not taking her claim seriously and them saying no to her transfer so that she would have to put up with more harrasment till she was fired after telling corporate she was being harassed by Nicholas Denny at that store amazing how they can sweep this under rug is wrong. Harassment is black and white and they have yet to contact her about claim and held her final pay saying it was pending is bs. Guess matters will have to be taken into my own hands and I will picket in front of that store if others want to stand with me let me know. I will fight this till the day I die. Thats a promise. You will not get away with this if its the last thing I do on this earth and Nicholas Denny beware I will never back down after you being an 40 something yr. old you should know better. I have been fighting for rights since I was a kid and I promise you Ralphs this will not go away. No matter how many posts you have removed I will keep posting. Harassment is harassment and it disgust me that they think they got away with this. I have much in store for your store and will be there protesting everyday I have off.
