Well……..I have put this off, because I am sorta at a loss for words…. You see, our military/vets are my heroes! This is D DAY…..Normandy is on our minds! I shed tears thinking about our soldiers and what they go through for us..!! They mean soooo much to me!! Mr. O has made his token stop to pay tribute to those who lost their lives and are buried there. Yet, he does everything to weaken our military so we wont be able to fight another Normandy, should the awful reality come to our doorstep…. WHATS THAT ALL ABOUT?? I HAVE A GOOD IDEA! Thousands of American remains are there, so far from home. I cannot IMAGINE being on those U-Boats that took the ground troops onto the Normandy beaches!! They were told to get off, get off……thats just great, however, they faced bullets head on!!! There were more enemies dug in, waiting to shoot them, than fleas on a dogs back!! CAN YOU IMAGINE BEING THERE?? CAN YOU IMAGINE KNOWING THE BULLETS WERE GOING TO GET YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS?? Would you get off the boat? What would be your choices?? YIKES! Dont you know men were praying and remembering the families they wouldnt be going home to?? They did this for world peace!!! If the enemy was defeated there, it would be on OUR doorstep NEXT!! What valor, what honor, what GUTS….they showed and lived….to die for US!! Future generations were on their minds and in their hearts as they prepared to die by the thousands!!! War isnt pretty, but our sinful nature makes us do crazy, selfish, dangerous things to each other……arent we pathetic?? Wouldnt you think we would learn..?? NOPE!!! Would the generation we have now be willing to fight for America like that?? Some certainly ARE!! What if the draft was reinstated… would we have folks running to Canada, again? Are they willing to take the time and be informed about who they are voting for?? Are we wise enough to see through the toothy grins and lies we are being fed like pudding?!! Dear, God, please help us to recognize evil, even when it tells us trust me..!! If they dont line up with what you have taught us, we need to resist and not give into their wiles and deadly goals for us! The greatest nation on earth is standing on the brink of losing her independence, honor, freedoms and personal rights! We are willing to give all this up for a penitencefreebies from those in control and never stop to think……MANY FOLKS HAVE DIED SO WE HAVE HAD A CHOICE…..FOR SO LONG. DONT SPIT ON THEIR SACRIFICE BY NOT PAYING ATTENTION AND TAKING A STAND AGAINST IT. People are living today with the horror of D Day and many like it! Are we cut from strong clothe like they were? We are going to be called upon to face ourselves and stand up or lie down like bad dogs!! I choose to carry on the memory of Normandy and fight any enemy….foreign or domestic for America!!!
