Well, I just gotta say something good for a change. I take my Grand Cherokee into Starr Motors in Suffolk to get them to see why the check engine light was on. I was a little skeptibul, as the little boy in the commercial tells his dad, about the quality of their service department based on the service I got at the dealer in Colonial Heights where two roads cross if you get my drift (no names mentioned). Well, I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised and my attitude changed after my experience with them. Other than the fact that Chrysler charged me $94.00 for a evap purge valve that I later found on Rockauto for $15.00, they were very good and that is hard for me to say about a car dealer. They went above and beyond my expectations. They did a reflash of the ECM at no cost to me. They fixed the one recall that the other dealer totally screwed up at no cost to me. They fixed a slow leak in the LR tire and pumped them all up to the right pressure. And replaced the evap valve that was causing the Check Engine light to come on. They even called the asshat dealer to get my extended warranty information which they did not have to do. SOooo, I got out of there only owing only $60.00 for all that work and Starr Motors has gained a new customer. Well done folks, well done.!!!
