Well I met and had an interview with our manager today. All a bit rushed, just one hour notice ! I am doing the interview as a piece for the Land of Lights. I do feel a lot more confident after our discussion. He was a very successful player and captain and played at international level. He has a very down to earth attitude and is very personable. But he does insist on discipline and He has already sacked 3 players for being big heads and not putting their all into training sessions! Dont know all their names but the number 9 is definitely gone! Only thing against him, he is a bit of a Chelsea fan..................Although he has a very high regard for Fergie......
