Well I was stupid this am I was getting gas at the shell station at 443 airport rd. In Arden NC. And I received a call about a house I wanted to look at and laid my wallet on top of the car and of course forgot it till about an hour later. When I returned to the station no one had turned it in no surprise. I put a hold on the atm card no problem. I ask the clerk if I could put up a sign offering $100 reward for the wallet she agreed and said that her manager would probably take it down. I left searched and couldnt find it. I went back to the station to check and my reward sign.was taken down.you would think that since I bought $40 in gas I could at least put up a reward sign for my lost wallet. Heres to a manager that has no idea what real customer service is about. I will never go there again. Please if you are in Arden nc dont patronize this business and pass the word on. .
