Well I went to the chiropractor... come to find out he is good friends with and went to Palmer with my old chiro.they used to adjust each other and have very similar adjustment techniques!! So based on how I feel tomorrow I may have found a new chiro!!!! I asked him if my back was out and he looked at me like I was crazy for asking and said you didnt hear that or feel how much it moved? And told me to take my butt home and ice my back in 20 min intervals! So Im heading for home to find my bed and ice pack! Happy its raining! Should be able to rest good ;)
