Well, Im a bit low right now. I stop by my Moms this past Friday morning to see if shell eat breakfast (she hasnt been eating well lately). I found her sitting on the couch with a piece of bloody toilet paper on her forehead. She didnt know how she got it. I checked her out and found a pretty nasty deep gash I rushed her over to BAMC where they stitched her up and kept her for observation. Then yesterday, a host of docs came to check her out and she was listless, not eating or drinking and there was talk of possible heart issues but no one was available for the needed testing since its a holiday weekend. One doc says she was going to be discharged today another said she has too many issues to be let go. Well the 2nd guy was right because all of a sudden, her heart rate starts going all over the place from 80 to 150 bpm in nothing flat. It took them quite a while to bring it down to normal so she could rest. Thats just one of the things. I just got back home and Im beat. Its been a long three days. My only break was stopping to see the guys at Guitar Tex where I saw a few toys that took my mind off everything for a half hour. Anyway, please keep my Mom in your prayers. I have a feeling that the long road weve been traveling is going to get longer with a bunch stinking pot holes.
