Well Im not sure I will ever be able to pull off the ultimate surprise that I accomplished this past week but Im so glad I was able to make it for Landons first birthday. After my recent back surgery almost thought I wasnt going to be able to be here but after talking things through with my surgeon and doing the trip in two days instead of my usual one day trip we came up with a plan that worked for the two of us...of course all he had to do was look at my hubby and realize I wasnt going to give in until things worked out in my favor LOL...I didnt tell anyone I was coming and the look on everyones face when I walked thru the door was priceless !!! Ive not had a chance to get out and visit like I had intended but I promised I would rest up while here...I didnt overdo it too much but Im still good...I head home tomorrow. Will go as far as IN/IL line and then finish trip up on Tuesday. Got to spend a lot of time just hanging with all the Grandkids, my son Derek Edwards and my daughter in law Reese Edwards and my mommy :)
