Well...It looks like we have some explaining to do! It seems that our e-mail reminders have taken on a life of their own: Number one, our e-mails are supposed to be sent from a Do-Not-Reply address, but the notification has not been working, so clients have been replying to that address (which we do not check). So there must be some very frustrated clients out there! Secondly, today the e-mail message said We missed you in January or February.... We have NO idea where that came from!!! We are working with our software company to find the glitch in the system. Meanwhile, Sam is busy responding to everyone...If you want to reach us by email, please send it to: cheshireanimalh@aol.
