Well. Its been quite a day, and I mean that in the best possible way! Of course it all began when we heard that God more than tripled Seths ANC!!!! During rounds this morning I was so emotionally overwhelmed (again, in a good way). Seth was changed to all oral meds. Hes been completely unhooked from everything all afternoon, what a JOY. We scheduled his broviak removal surgery for tomorrow. WOW!!!! The doctor told us he was discharging us tomorrow!!!!!! WHAT????? But, because the house is not quite ready for us were not going home til Monday. Im actually happy about that because it gives us more time to work on eating. Im praying that he leaves with no nutritional help (tpn). But the fact that they were ready to discharge him at day +17 is NOTHING SHORT OF MIRACULOUS!!!!!! Seth and I have both been emotional today. Seth has said several times, I just miss Jaden. I just cant wait to get home! My mind has wandered to making meals for my family and eating all together. Going to bed WITH Kurt. Hearing the boys complain about starting school. Hearing Erik and Lydias munchkin voices ALL the time again. Cant wait to be together again. When I listen to this song now, I think about how Ive fully felt every stage of this song. Lord, weve watched and weve seen and WE STAND AMAZED!!!! The story is so far from over!!!!
