Well Ive got to say my first annual Muslim appreciation day dinner party was a complete bust. (no one showed) For the life of me I cant figure out why no one would want Bacon infused pork meatloaf wrapped with a bacon lattice accompanied with apple smoked bacon mashed potatoes ? I even added a PA flair to the dish , Copes Dried corn..... I dunno go figure, maybe next year Ill do a braised Goat with cous cous and baba ganoush or something. (anyone for left overs???) III%
