Well, Ive jumped on the egg bandwagon. Its only 9 pm here so I will wait until midnight to turn it on and it should be done in plenty of time for Saturday morning breakfast. This is 8 eggs, four diced mild Italian sausages left over from supper that were cooked in the BBQ, 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese (orange cheddar would have looked prettier), and a diced onion. I was going to put it in a loaf pan but this Pyrex bowl fits perfectly. Ive put an inch of water on the bottom. Wish me luck!
