Well June really sucked. June 1st I dove for a ball that was not possible to catch and now will require surgery because I tore my labrum, which is a part of my shoulder near the rotatory cuff. Although this surgery will have to be delayed, at least a month because I was weakened by an auto immune disease caused by a tic bite from running in the woods. This disease caused my body to basically have head to toe arthritis.(which I worked through anyways) #hardcoreworker, But neither of those two things can light a candle to the third. Sure I cant lift my left shoulder without being in unbearable pain and I could barely move this past week without shit loads of ibuprofen in my system. However, worse than both those things was on June 1st while playing slow-pitched softball, I struck out. At least my shoulder and tic bite can be cured, but striking out in slow pitched softball is a lifetime of shame that cannot be cured. The only good news is I have insurance to cover the tic bite and shoulder surgery and that I am thankful for!!! It also might cover the psychological visits to the therapist for the strike out as well. ;-)
