Well Lori Gillard Smith, 8 facts about your pride and joy: 1) I would love to live in London one day but I know I would never would want an ocean to be between my family and I. 2) As much as I joke that I would want to be a housewife-I feel like I would need something to occupy my time with and wouldnt feel fulfilled. But who knows. 3)I love being 53. I sometimes hate how I cant reach things but I wouldnt want to be any taller. 4)Someone who doesnt know how to tip and are rude to any of the staff at the restaurant is a huge deal breaker for me. Tip 20% and show everyone the respect they deserve. You are not above anybody else. 5)I have my bachelors in Hospitality Management and have most of my experience in restaurants. I cannot stand most of the people I encounter with but I could not imagine sitting at a desk from 9-5 in front of a computer screen. I just wish people took this field more seriously. 6) 10 years ago, I really thought I would be engaged/married at this point and possibly pregnant/have a child. Now, I cannot imagine any of that for at least a couple more years. I know I am too selfish and still young for any of that. 7) I moved to Chicago 10 months ago. I have a whole new group of friends and I have learned so much about myself. It is crazy to think that a year ago, I was in Columbus and didnt know any of the people that I interact with on a daily basis. 8) And not so secretive- I have the best parents in the world. I would not have been able to be where I am now without either of them. They have given me some amazing experiences that I will remember for the rest of my life.
