Well........My mom has elected me to Smoke a boston butt for Thanksgiving instead of her cooking a turkey.........Us ONeals are kinda that way, aint turkey finatics unless its fried, rather have smoked pork, smoked chicken or beef............and i havent been a master at the smokin deal in a long time. My dad has always done it, and was always the best at it...........now hes down sick with this colon cancer, so i guess i gotta man-up and try it again........hopefully i can do it just as good, or almost anyway.........lol
