Well Salem finally left for school around 8:30 and then Josh took me out for breakfast so that was nice:-) Now home cleaning and trying to gather rest of stuff for donation! Gotta pick two younger kids up early for doc appt and gotta make appt for their flu shots! Long day already and thats not gonna change anytime soon lol well hopefully Salems labs came back and they can check to see if meds are correct or we gotta change dose again! Its a lot of work being a full time parent and if I got paid Id be rich lol I cant even think of when I find a part time job on top of my mom and house duties lol that will suck!!
