Well Sole Mates, our summer adventure comes to a close...I want to thank all of you for participating in the club. I hope it helped get some of you moving, I know that all of you motivated me, so I am grateful to have wonderful friends...I hope that you all decide to continue into the fall, winter and spring...I am starting a new chapter on Sept 1st. I will attach the updated flyer for those interested in continuing...I have added different challenges to it to make it more fun and motivating...I know finding the time once school begins is difficult but being active helps reduce your stress and improves your outlook on things I will have the final totals done tomorrow night so if you havent reported in, send your numbers to me. My best week to date...40 miles for me. Couple longs walks in there. Its been fun, thanks!!! Lost a clothes size and feel stronger that ever. You all are amazing and remember keep on exercising!!! Hope everyone has a terrific school year...remember you inspire your kids!
