Well a little closer to my first goal. Lost another pound this week. One more pound and I will hit my first big achievement so far. I hope this coming week is it. I am so glad I have my mom, husband and friend who encourage me all the time to keep going. It is such hard work but so rewarding to finally see the progress. Thanks to anyone who has sent encouraging messages or in anyway made me feel like this was doable.
