Well apparently it is not my decision whether my daughter is allowed to have a CGM (continuos glucose monitor), apparently the team at Canberra Hospital are responsible for making that decision. I wonder if the team are responsible for the $1000 payment that goes with it once they make their decision. Apparently I am also very lucky that I took their advice last visit about my childs care because otherwise they would have to deem the child in danger. They stopped on that note without advising what that would actually represent. I am so sick of so called professionals thinking they know whats best for my child after just an hour every 3 months in her presence. When will the team stop and take into account the carer/s experiences. I have had enough of being ignored in the care of my own child. Look out professional world Im about to make some noise!!!
