Well, boys and girls, I finally did a task that I have been putting off for a bit, mainly because it has been too cold. But it was bearable in the garage today, so I put on my BUTCH hat, got my automotive tools, and proceeded to tear into Maggie the Cat and change her fuel filter. Which hasnt been done in.....ahem.....a very LONG time.... in order to get to it, you have to take off the drivers side tire, then remove the splash shield in the wheelwell, which actually is what takes the MOST time...and then you find the filter mounted on the firewall. Taking the old one off and the new one on was a snap. I let the old one drain its gas into a container, and it looked like MUD.....way overdue.... started her up, no leaks, put it all back together. So, VICKI, heres another BUTCH act performed by self!!! LOL!!! Now time to shower, then head to Trader Joes to pick up a few things and some Two Buck Chuck. Whats my next endeavor going to be....hmmmm.....
