Well done CWA NSW. Drought-stricken farmers in New South Wales will receive a Christmas gift from the Country Womens Association of NSW. The association has raised $100,000 to ease the burden on farming families, after donating an additional $50,000 earlier this year. Association president Tanya Cameron says the money will be distributed through the Rural Financial Counselling Service (RFCS) to help with groceries and bringing some Christmas cheer. The NSW CWA has also chipped in $50,000 to Médecins Sans Frontières to help fight the Ebola epidemic.
