Well, everyone, Im finally sitting on the front porch, having given up on the sports choke that occurred today, and enjoying a cigar and a Jack rocks....when it occurred to me that I hadnt done something that I wanted to do this weekend. Originally, I wanted to say this at the end of the ceremony, but fell asleep before I could finish writing it (4:30 am Friday 10/3/14). So here it is... When Katie Demopolis decided to let the guys and I into her life, she took on a great challenge. I quickly realized that this was going to be different. Katie took on this task with a grace and ease, I never knew existed. Watching her nurture our own soon-to-be child was also full of astonishing memories. I guess her family had never heard the word drama, but for me, it was at first, a worried feeling, then a calming warmth. Watching her blossom into a beautiful mother, was nothing short of magic. Which brings us to where we are today.... Saturday, I was privileged to make Katie my wife. After tireless hours putting the Demopolis touch on our wedding, we are here and what a day it was. I have been granted the most amazing entry into a new family, gained an amazing Mother-in-law, Barbara Campbell Demopolis, Sister-in-law, Angela Demopolis, and soon, Stuart Fraser will be officially be my Brother-in-law. When I think of these people, I just grin from ear to ear. So, to sum it up, my photographer, Branko Arsov said to Katie, Thanks for making my friend happy! I truly am....
